招聘对象:

1.助理教授( Tenure-track Assistant Professor )

获得世界一流大学或一流学科博士学位,已体现出良好的学术研究能力和潜力,具有独立开展学术研究、主讲课程和指导博士生的能力。年薪不低于21万人民币。

2.准聘副教授(Tenure-track Associate Professor)

除达到助理教授基本要求外,有更多的科研经历和积累,取得了更为突出的科研成果,展现出更高的学术水平。年薪不低于25万人民币。

3.长聘副教授(Tenure Associate Professor)

具备良好的教学能力,已取得具有相当原创性和重要性的研究成果,在领域内有较好的知名度和影响力,达到国际对标大学终身副教授水平。年薪30万人民币以上。

4.长聘教授 (Tenure Full Professor)

活跃在教学科研第一线,在其研究领域前沿取得国际同行认可的学术成就,具有相当的国际知名度和影响力,在教学和研究生培养方面表现优秀并取得良好的成果,在所在院系的学科建设中起到重要作用,达到国际对标大学终身正教授的水平。年薪不低于40万人民币。

5. 专职科研教职(Research Faculty)

具有国内外知名大学或研究机构的博士学位,或拥有海外博士学位;具有严谨的学术态度、创新意识、良好的团队合作精神;具备较强的学术沟通和合作能力。主要以团队形式引进。年薪不低于15万人民币。

各种人才计划:

1. 千人计划 (1000 Talent Plan)

引进的海外高层次人才一般应在海外取得博士学位,不超过55岁,有回国意愿且全职工作,在国外著名高校、科研院所担任相当于教授职务的专家学者或者在国际知名企业和金融机构担任高级职务的专业技术人才和经营管理人才等。入选后可申请交大的讲席教授,年薪不少于50万人民币。

2. 青年千人 (1000 Talent Youth Program)

申请人为自然科学或工程技术领域,年龄不超过40周岁;申请人具有世界一流大学博士学位并有连续3年以上海外科研工作经历,在学科前沿领域开展创新性研究,取得重要的研究成果,表现出很强的学术潜力,达到世界一流大学助理教授水平。对特别优秀的海外博士,可以突破任职年限限制,破格引进。入选后可申请交大准聘副教授,年薪不少于37万人民币。

3. 长江学者 (MOE Changjiang Scholar)

在海外教学科研一线工作,一般应担任高水平大学教授职位或其他相应职位;学术造诣高深,在本学科领域具有重大影响,取得国际公认的重大成就;具有较强的领导和协调能力,能带领学术团队协同攻关。入选后可申请我校特聘教授,年薪不低于50万人民币。



4. 上海千人计划 (Shanghai 1000 Talent Plan)

在海外高校或研究机构工作,年龄不超过55岁;引进人才应在本领域有较高的知名度,得到同行专家认可。在国(境)外著名高等学校、科研院所、知名实验室担任相当于副教授及以上职务的专家学者等。获得上海千人的专家,上海市政府将进行一次性资助:长期专家资助75万人民币,短期专家资助37.5万人民币。长期上海千人可申请我校长聘教授,年薪不低于40万人民币,短期可申请访问类教授,每月访问津贴不少于3万人民币。

5. 东方学者 (Oriental Scholar)

上海高校“东方学者”岗位计划于2007年底正式启动,主要资助从海外引进、在上海高校从事学科建设的高水平学科带头人及其团队。获得上海东方学者的专家,上海市政府将进行一次性资助100万人民币。

工作环境及待遇:

1.所有人才计划均提供与岗位相匹配的优厚待遇,以上所有待遇均为最低标准,相关学科会根据实际情况予以额外支持。

2. 将提供具有竞争力的薪酬。

3. 提供全装修的过渡性人才公寓。此外,青年千人计划入选者可获150万元住房相关补贴(含各级各类政府资助),其他人才将提供具有竞争力的住房相关福利。

4. 具有博士生招生资格。

5. 根据学科方向和工作需要,提供充足的科研启动费和实验室,配备科研助手。

6. 按照国家和上海市相关政策提供各类保险和住房公积金。

2017 SJTU-NAOCE SF Talents Recruiting Information Session

Established in 1896 and located in Shanghai – one of the most vital cities around the world, Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) has been playing an important role in the world and achieved tremendous success for the past 120 years. Today, SJTU has become a comprehensive, research-oriented and international university after going through these extraordinary years.

School of Naval Architecture, Ocean & Civil Engineering (NAOCE), while continuing to uphold the tradition and motto of SJTU, is proud to be the benchmark of China’s naval architecture and ocean engineering in modern education and scientific research since its establishment in 1907. It consists of five primary disciplines covering Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Civil Engineering, Architecture, and Transportation Engineering (with an emphasis on International Shipping). Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering and Mechanics are accredited as the two National Primary Key Disciplines. Remarkably, the department of Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering is among the best in the world by possessing the comprehensive experimental facilities and is ranked the top one in the National Primary Key Discipline Assessment.

To this day, NAOCE has achieved many breakthrough achievements in various research fields and has concentrated the most powerful research force in China by establishing the Collaborative Innovation Center for Advanced Ship and Deep-Sea Exploration, State Key Laboratory of Ocean Engineering, National Large-scale Scientific Facility Center of Deepwater Technology Experiments and providing many higher-level research platforms, and much more.

In order to implement the strategy of enhancing NAOCE by attracting all of the talents that it has to offer, SJTU-NAOCE is recruiting high-caliber youth talents reaching the same level of Assistant Professors in world-class universities both at home and abroad. Position and Qualifications

1.助理教授( Tenure-track Assistant Professor

Eligibility Criteria:

ü PhD degree from a renown/world-class University.

ü Ability to demonstrate high class research capacity.

ü To guide PhD scholars and initiate research environment.

ü Ability to design research level courses for PhD scholars.

Remuneration: Basic annual salary RMB 210,000 and above.


2.准聘副教授(Tenure-track Associate Professor

Eligibility Criteria:

ü In addition to meet the basic requirement of Tenure-track Assistant Professor, the candidate shall have gained the following qualification.

ü Good academic record and outstanding research background.

ü Wider research experience.

ü Contribution to educational innovation and an outstanding professional with strong academic performance.

Remuneration: Basic annual salary RMB 250,000 and above.

3.长聘副教授Tenure Associate Professor

Eligibility Criteria:

ü In addition to meet the international standard of Associate Professor with Tenure, the candidate must possess the following:

ü Excellent teaching and demonstration skills

ü Vast experience of research with considerably originality and importance.

ü An outstanding professional with established reputation in the relevant filed and having significant contribution to the knowledge in the relevant discipline.

Remuneration: Basic annual salary RMB 300,000 and above.

4.长聘教授Tenure Full Professor

Eligibility Criteria:

ü In addition to meet the international standard of Full Professor with Tenure, the candidate must possess the following:

ü Active in forefront of teaching and research.

ü Must have achieved academic excellence and have wider research experience recognized by international peers in the frontiers of its research field.

ü An outstanding professional with established reputation in the relevant filed of research.

ü Possess excellent teaching skills and equally engaged in high quality research work.

ü Contribution to educational innovations and have the ability to design new curricula for the department.

Remuneration: Basic annual salary RMB 400,000 and above

5. 专职科研教职(Research Faculty

Eligibility Criteria:

ü PhD degree from a renown/world class university.

ü Having rigorous academic attitude and innovative awareness.

ü Ability to work in a team and having the spirit of team work.

ü Must possess excellent communication skills.

Remuneration: Basically annual salary RMB 150,000 and above


Talent Programs

1.千人计划 (1000 Talent Plan)

Eligibility Criteria:

ü The Recruitment Program for 1000 Talent Plan targets people with the following qualifications:

ü Maximum age- 55 years

ü Willing to work in China on a full-time basis

ü With full professorships or the equivalent in prestigious foreign universities and R&D institutes, or with senior titles from well-known international companies or financial institutions.



Remuneration: In case of selection, the scholar could also apply for the Chair Professor, annual salary RMB 500,000 and above.



2. 青年千人1000 Talent Youth Program

Eligibility Criteria:

ü The Recruitment Criteria for 1000 Talent Youth Program targets the candidates as per following qualifications:

ü PhD degree from a renown/world class university in the field of Natural Science or Engineering Technology. Maximum age- 40 years

ü Minimum 3 years academic working experience in the renowned world class institutions.

ü Having rigorous academic attitude and innovative awareness at the level of Assistant Professor in world reputed universities.

ü Must possess excellent communication skills.

Remuneration: In case of selection, the scholar could also apply for the Tenure-track Associate Professor. Basically annual Salary RMB 370,000 and above.

3. 长江学者(MOE Changjiang Scholar)

Eligibility Criteria:

ü The Recruitment Criteria for the MOE Yangtse River Scholar Program targets the candidates as per following qualifications:

ü PhD degree from a renown/world class university.

ü Active in forefront of teaching and research.

ü Must have achieved academic excellence and have wider research experience and strong publications.

ü An outstanding professional with established reputation in the relevant filed of research.

ü Possess strong leadership and coordination ability to lead the academic team.


Remuneration: In case of selection, the scholar could also apply for the Distinguished Professor, annual salary RMB 500,000 and above.

4. 上海千人计划 (Shanghai 1000 Talent Plan)

Eligibility Criteria:

ü The Recruitment Criteria Shanghai 1000 Talent Plan targets the candidates as per following qualifications:

ü PhD degree from a renown/world class university.

ü Maximum age 55 years

ü Active in forefront of teaching and research.

ü Must have achieved academic excellence and have wider research experience recognized by international peers in the frontiers of its research field.

ü An outstanding professional with established reputation in the relevant filed of research and who has worked as Associate Professorship or above or the equivalent in prestigious foreign Universities.

Remuneration: In case of selection, the Shanghai Municipal Government will make one time funding: RMB 750,000 for the long-term experts and RMB 375,000 for the short-term expert. Long-term scholar could apply for the Tenure Full Professor with a basic annual salary of RMB 400,000 and above; Short-term scholar could apply for the Visiting Professor with a monthly subsidy of RMB 30,000 and above.

5. 东方学者 (Oriental Scholar)

Eligibility Criteria:

The Oriental Scholar Plan mainly funded the following candidates since 2007

ü The overseas scholars

ü Leaders and their teams engaged in the top level discipline construction in Shanghai higher educational institution.

Remuneration: In case of selection, the Shanghai Municipal Government will make one time funding of RMB One Million.

Working Environment and Treatment


1. The best offer with competitive salary will be provided to all the talent programs. The entire offer mentioned above is the lowest standard, and an additional subsidy will be supported based on the actual situation.

2. Competitive salary will be provided.

3. A fully furnished transition talent apartment. In addition, RMB 1.5 million related housing subsidies (including all levels of government funding) will be provided for the Young 1000 Talent Program, and other talents will be provided with competitive housing related benefits.

4. With the qualifications to enroll PhD students

5. Based on the academic direction and research requirements, an adequate research funding and laboratories together with research assistants will be provided by SJTU.

6. Provide various types of insurance and housing funds in accordance with the relevant State and Shanghai municipal policies.

7. Depending on the rich medical resources of affiliated hospitals, SJTU will provide good medical care for talents, job opportunities for their spouse and facilitate their children to get enrolled at SJTU affiliated kindergarten, primary school and secondary school.
